Am I gushing? You'd better believe it. At this point my life is great and I have a really positive attitude about everything! : )

The only thing that I'm even remotely negative about right now is not having enough time in my day. I tried to stop sleeping, but that isn't working out so well. Lol. I need more time to label my digi pics for my alblum on my pc. I'm going to try to make a scrapbook of all the adventures that Joey and I go on. I know that there will be many more to come and I'm very excited about that!

For instance, I think we're going to try to plan a trip to Phoenix, AZ this summer. That'll probably happen around fair week, provided we can save up enough money by then. You see, we're also in the market for a good, clean, but used Harley. If anybody knows where I can pick one up for a good price, please e-mail me!

That's all for now folks, stay tuned. I'm sure I'll have lots to gush about from here on out! : ) Peace!

Hey, all! Joey and I returned from our Nashville, TN excursion early Monday morning, as in 5 in the AM. It was a really good time! We visited the Country Music Hall of Fame where I got to see the really old outfits that people like Hank Sr. wore, as well as the track suit that belonged to Conway Twitty.. very interesting indeed. We also got to see Elvis' gold car which had the first car phone and tv in it. That was pretty cool too. We toured Music Row, where most of the music that comes from Nashville is recorded. You'd never guess that music is recorded in some of those places seeing as how they look just like regular houses. After Music Row we ventured out to Opry Mills, the largest and best mall that I have ever seen. We ate at the Rainforest Cafe, a cool joint that is decorated like what else? A rainforest. It came complete with gorillas shaking palm trees, aquariums and fountains, and the occasional thunderstorm. After shopping for a bit, we headed to downtown Nashville to do some honky tonkin'. We visited the classic bars that have been there since forever, where all the country music greats hung out. We also stopped into the Wildhorse Saloon that has been featured on CMT for the dance parties that they have. The nightlife in Nashville is absolutely great and Joey tells me that it is the same there on the weekdays as it is on the weekends, wild and fun! Rockabilly is really big down there right now and I love it. I met the best guitar/steel guitar player that I've ever heard plus I got a pic with him. Cool! Everybody in TN is great! : ) They're all really friendly, not anti like up here in PA. (Like I used to be!) Lol Maybe I'm not emo after all, this rockabilly thing is absolutely great!

I've got some great pics to post up here as soon as I find the time. Time is a fleeting thing...

I love ya Nashville! Joey and I will be making a return trip!

We've been hanging at the truckstop lately, sipping coffee, people watching. It's absolutely amazing, the diversity of people that wander in there. I love it.

Joey and I are spending Valentine's in Nashville. Seeing as how Joey was actually a performer down there, I expect to have a pretty good time down at the honky tonks. Lol! In Dec. I was going to Pittsburgh to check out hardcore bands, in Feb. I'm in Nashville checking out the country scene. Authentic honky tonks! Lol I love it! For real! This gives me something to look forward to on the weekend besides going to Mary's. I'm definitely taking the digi cam with me for this trip!

Joey and I went to the last Grinder show ever on Sat. at the new TimeSquare. The club isn't that much different, just a longer bar. I wasn't overly impressed. Grinder had a good time though and C. Moore had guest singers, guitar players, etc. come up and jam out. Joey got to sing "Play that funky music, white boy." Lol, I don't know the actual title, but it was still a good time. : )
