I'm sitting at home on a Saturday night due to the flu. This is no fun! Of course this would be the weekend when everybody wanted me to go out AND there were actually things to do this weekend! I probably gave the flu to all of J's family, Joey, and J himself. Misery loves company! I get to work by myself again tomorrow night. Hopefully I'm over this by then. I can't be sleeping my entire shift away.

New Year's is coming. This means that the gym is about to get very, very crowded. At least for about 2 weeks, until everybody gives up on their resolutions. I need to get feeling better so I can work out again!

It's hard to update your blog when there's really nothing on your mind. Lol

There seems to be an online tiff between Eric and J-Birdz, only J hasn't brought his opinions online. He prefers to display them in person, face-to-face. I know Eric, and Eric likes to find the right buttons to push on people. Once he finds the things that strike a nerve, he'll continue to push those buttons. However, Eric doesn't know J that well. Is it wise to make somebody that you don't know that well angry with you? The matter is now out of my hands.

I did my holiday baking... At Wal-Mart... this morning! Lol Going to Wal-Mart after work isn't very fun, but I actually saw people I knew. Apparently they pick up things before they head to work, just about the time that I'm on my home from work. Interesting concept.

I'm getting ready to go to Christmas Eve services. Maybe after I go to church it'll feel more like Christmas. So far I just haven't been in the spirit all that much. I usually get more excited about it then I have been this year. I think having to work tonight kind of dampened my spirits, but ya gotta do what ya gotta do.

Ahh, I get a day off of work today. However, I have to work Sat. and Sun. At least it's 2nd shift so I can still go out Sat. night if I want.

I've been thinking of moving to a warmer climate... Somewhere with palm trees, white sand, and turquoise waters. A place where the breeze is always warm and the stars always bright.

Of course, snow can be romantic too. Think horseback riding with the soft blue light of a full moon reflecting upon the snow... Alone with the gray shadows of trees and the horizon ahead.

Do you get the feeling that I'm yearning for travel?

Tonight at Pete & Mel's, Grinder. Since I'm a Grinder groupie (sort of), I'll be there! Lol, I love C.Moore!

Eric and Chris are in Altoona camping out for LOTR tickets. Actually, by now, they should be inside the warmth of the movie theater enjoying the show. It actually sounded like fun, camping out. The last time I camped out for anything was for Kiss tickets when Erin, John and I went to see them at the BJC. I remember it being sort of cold out then, kind of like it was today. It was worth it though. I can die in peace knowing that I have been to at least 1 Kiss concert. Anyway, I wonder if Eric went to Hooter's for beer, or took my suggestion and warmed up with hot chocolate... Lol, I bet I know the answer to that question!

I was notified that I need to update my blog, so here it is:

I woke up today feeling like I needed a couple more hours of sleep. You've gotta love that. I also woke up sore from working out. Add to the fact that I haven't had my tea yet, and you get one cranky Erina.

I have to work Fri., which means that I'm going to miss seeing Grinder at Pokey's. Great.

I sound pretty cranky today, so let's look on the bright side. Mom seems happy today. She decorated for Christmas and is speaking of putting the tree up this weekend. Once the tree is up I can wrap presents and get them out of my room.

According to my "Get Fuzzy" calendar, today is Human Rights Day. What is that supposed to mean anyway?

For anybody that can interpret dreams:

I wake up, only to find that the person waking me up is Eric. Also, I'm not in my room, I'm in somebody's apartment and I feel like I'm on some kind of drugs. Ed is there, and so is Jason, and some other random people that I don't know. I remember there being a big aquarium and a couple of sofas. I am irate that I somehow fell asleep in my room and woke up in this apartment, drugged. Nobody will tell me what is going on and I'm hysterical. Jason was laughing at me for being hysterical, Eric was successfully trying to calm me down, and Ed, well Ed was looking at me with the blank stare that he always has. So I demand to know who is responsible for this situation and a blond haired girl tells me, "Well, Seven Angels is." And I ask, "Who or what is Seven Angels?" She stares at me with her blue eyes, only she has a third green, almost holographic eye in between them, and says, "Honey, you ARE Seven Angels."

I'm on antibiotics, joy!

It snowed today. It's going to snow tonight. It's going to snow in multiple inches. My weekend is pretty much shot, how about yours? Hopefully I'll be able to get out and about tomorrow night. I have to work next Fri. night, so I have to make the most of my weekend.

It's blustery and cold outside and I have a recurrent sinus infection. Welcome to December in Pennsylvania.
