It's been awhile since I've last posted. I don't really have a good excuse, I've just been busy with other things, I guess. I'm going to Dubois tonight, again. It seems to be an almost weekly event now... This weekend is Halloween! Yea! Dress up and come on out to the Leather and Lace in Glen Richey for Grinder on Fri. night. It'll be a good time, I promise! : ) Grinder is always a party!

Check this out, it's funnier than hell! http://www.foxsearchlight.com/lab/s..._farmsluts.html
Just so you know, it's about a dude who loses his job. It's not kinky animal porn!

In other news, I bought a NeW CaR yesterday!!! Wanna see what it is? Here's a link. It's the same color and everything, LX package. http://www.suzukiauto.com/sr_04/aerio_sedan/index_flash.php

I found this quote on Yahoo Personals. I really liked it, so I'm posting it here. It's by somebody named Jay in Hollidaysburg, PA.

"Allow me to hold you in my arms embrace, and wrap my wings around your body so that I may shield you from the wrath of the world, and reign down judgment on those who dare to harm you...as I shall be your guardian if you will be my savior." ~Jay~
I actually got to go out this weekend and I even had a good time. Friday J and I went to State College. We kind of roamed about N. Atherton, ate at the Red Lobster, went to Mike's Movies and Music, etc. It was better than sitting at home, actually it was pretty fun. I got 2 new CD's: Bad Religion's latest with the song "Sorrow" on it and the soundtrack to 3000 Miles to Graceland. That movie is one of my favorites. Today (or yesterday since it's now Sunday, Oct. 19) we went to Altoona. I got to check out the Suzuki Aerio that I'm interested in. It seems like a good buy, it's pretty affordable and has some nice features. Of course, the salesman offered to let me come by and test drive it on Monday, but Monday is when my aerobics classes start. We goofed around in the mall for a bit where I bought a pink fuzzy collar to go with my Halloween attire. That's right, I found a pInK fUzZy CoLlAr!! It's way fun! Fiore had cars from their dealership at the mall, so as an added bonus we got to check out a few of those. The VW Jettas were nice, but they're even expensive used. We ate at Jethro's since we've never been there before. It's a pretty nice restuarant and I had the best chicken that I've ever eaten. It was called Chicken Marsala, a chicken breast done in a wine sauce with mushrooms. Way good! After we left Altoona we kind of went bar hopping. We dropped in on the Ave. on the way home and West Branch class of '98 was having their reunion. I don't think our class from C-ville is going to have a reunion, and honestly I don't know if I'd go if we had one. Anyway, we were on the way home when my car got egged. Since my car is a POS anyway, we found it rather amusing. We dropped by Mary's where Super Fat Tuesday was playing and I discovered that they're a pretty good band. They don't play the heavy stuff that I'm used to, but they're a good band to chill out and have a drink to. After Mary's we went to Buster's, and then to the DI. We didn't actually get into the DI since the bouncer type of people won't let people in past 1:30AM. That was lame, so we finished up the evening the way we usually do, by going to Wal-Mart while we're drunk. It's a good time here in central PA! : ) I'm actually looking forward to next weekend to have a good time again! : )

Wow, I actually wrote a pretty long entry!

Is it OK to be bored with your life? Do others feel that they do the exact same thing day in and day out? What can be done to change this? Am I depressed again?

Seasonal Affective Disorder, or something more... I think I have SAD symptoms.

Looks like another beautiful day in PA. I guess I'll go to the gym!

The rain is bad for the firefighters at the magnesium truck fire on the Turnpike. Rain doesn't put out magnesium fires, instead it accelerates them. That's a neat fact I learned in freshman chemistry at Pitt.

Today I joined a gym! No longer will I wake up, eat, get on the computer, go to work, and sleep. Now I have something else to do! : )

You know you're overly emotional when the movie "Pokemon Forever" makes you choke up. Ugh, I'm an emotional freak.

Crisp nocturnal Autumn air.
Silver moonlight dancing on the water.
These things remind me of John.

Hi! Wanna know what I did last weekend? I drove around with J looking for something to do, and then we went home and watched movies. It seems like everywhere we went was a bust. The House Band, now renamed Serious Jones was at the Wildwood, but when they bust out into songs that were popular before you were born, it's hard to get excited about being there. However, they are very good at what they do. Some really sucky band was at Mary's, but that wasn't why we went there anyway. If you know us, then you know that we really dig their 5 cent wings. Mine weren't very good though so I wasn't entirely pleased. I guess that kind of set the tone for the evening. What did we learn from last weekend? We learned that it just isn't a party unless Grinder is playing.

I have a need to go shopping, hardcore. Old Slavy is having some pretty good sales this week!

Ugh. I need to get my car back. It's still broken. Thanks, Ed. How come Ed can buy himself a brand new cell phone, but can't pay me for my car? Oh yeah, I don't even have an estimate on it yet. In fact, I haven't heard from the garage since last week when my car was towed from the Interstate.

Oh, I guess I should post my contact info in case you don't know. E-mail me at calicokat_2@yahoo.com or IM me via Yahoo Messenger, my name is obviously calicokat_2.
Attention all of you hardcore fans out there: There's gonna be a show tomorrow night, Fri. Oct. 3rd, in Pinecroft. I don't know exactly where, but how big is Pinecroft?? I'm sure you can find it. In case you don't know where Pinecroft is, it's a little before Altoona if you take I-99 or Old Route 220. Forever Means Goodbye is playing, as well as Carl's band, but I can never remember the name of his band! If you're from Altoona and are into the scene, then you know who Carl is. Oh, BTW, Gabriel's just opened in Altoona. It's a kick-ass store, so check it out!

If anybody knows of anything going on this Sat., please let me know! Thanx!
