Hi, all! I'm finally adjusted to 3rd! Good for me!

Did you ever notice how much it sucks when something that you've wanted and worked so hard to get just isn't what you expected? And then you lose that something. And then you want it back just for the sole reason that you worked so hard for it. And then you ask yourself, do I really want it back? And then you remember the reason why you got rid of it in the first place... But then again... I hate indecisiveness. It's really ironic that I'm one of the most indecicive people ever.

I want to move south. I hate snow and I know that it's going to start snowing next month and won't stop until sometime in May. Should I bitch about it, or just go buy a snowmobile and a snowboard and learn to live with it?

If you actually read this blog, e-mail me! : )

Hey, I can finally stay awake past my "bedtime"! How exciting!

Do you know how expensive it is to join the YMCA? And how about trying to find a cheap swimsuit in Sept., in the right size... That's pretty hard to do.

I'm so freakin' bored. My head is going to explode. I know it.

It's 4:18AM, what am I doing awake? I'm "training" for 3rd shift. I start on Monday. Hope there's a decent workload to keep me amused. Everybody knows that if I'm not being amused I fall asleep.

We went to Jackson's tonight. What a scene. There were more mullets than I could count. Winburne, what a town.

There's a really bad vampire movie on TV right now. I think it's called Fright Night II. It's bad, really bad.

We went to visit JoMo at his new workplace tonight. He works at the front desk at Comfort Inn. He's also a 3rd shifter. JoMo looked funny with a tie and without his hat/visor. He's still cute though!

My brother is just now getting up for work. He had to work all weekend after having Friday off because of inclement weather which didn't even happen. He's pissed.

I have a cold. I think J gave it to me, but everybody says that it's going around. I love Nyquil!

I'm getting ready for the big transfer to 3rd shift. Beginning Monday, that will be my shift for probably like the next 20 years.

Writing in my blog is starting to feel like a chore, like I have to do it. Isn't this supposed to be fun or something?

Yesterday was Sept. 11. Quiet remembrance is the way to go. Leave what's past in the past and think of ways to move on and protect the future from such events.

I discovered Limewire for Windows! I don't know how smart it is to post that, seeing as how the Record Industry is trying to squash the little people. However, I've also discovered Indie rock. Now I know why Kris likes it.

I missed a killer Hatebreed / Madball show at the Crowbar on Wed. night. I had to work evening shift. Blah. I should've called in sick. Everybody was there, the Altoona crew, the Wilsoncrofts, my boy Strickland... I guess I was missed, according to J. J sold my ticket for me and got me a Madball shirt. He also got some good pics of himself with Jamey Hatebreed (Jamey Jasta) and Madball. I knew I should've went.

Tonight is the last night of 2nd shift. I don't know if that's a good thing or not.

I started working 2nd shift last night. It's actually not that bad, it's more laid back than 1st shift. Another bonus: not having to wake up at 5AM. I'm only on 2nd for a week though, then it's back to daylight for a week, and then it's 3rd shift, probably for many years to come.

We went and picked up the new truck yesterday. While there I took the liberty of looking at a Mazda 6. It's a sweet, sweet car. However, it's a little out my price range. Maybe I should start with the Protege and work my way up. I don't really want to be making massive car payments. You can't move out of your mom's house while you're trying to make massive car payments! Besides, that's the whole reason why I'm living here, to get a new car. After that, then I'll move out. Don't feel like living in debt forever.

I suppose I should be productive this week. I haven't really been that productive lately. Makes me feel like a waste if I'm not doing anything productive.

Hi! I guess I should update my blog since it's been a couple of days. I'm waiting for my brother to get done showering, and then I have the privelege of being the one to shower after him. Great.

Dad brought home a new truck yesterday. I guess he bought it today and goes to pick it up on Monday. It's a strawberry red colored Mazda extended cab with 6 cylinders. It's pretty nice, but bigger than what we're used to.

I'm debating whether to eat at Mary's tonight or eat at the Hunan. Either way it's good food, but Mary's is a lot cheaper. 5 cent wings!

I worked all of this week and never even took a nap when I got home. That's probably why I'm kind of cranky. I need a nap.

I can't remember all of the things that I was going to ramble about today. I guess I should keep notes through the week if I'm not going to write in my blog everyday!

Labor Day weekend has come and gone, and what an excuse to drink! On Friday night Kris from Boston was in town, so we went to Mary's for some grub and people watching. From there we went to the Days Inn where we met Ed and T. Bell. Dancing is fun! After that we went to the truck stop for some more food, post-bar breakfast buffet! (French toast for me!) Sat. we went to State College to hang out. We ate at Red Lobster since I owed J his birthday dinner yet. After that we walked around town and checked out the little shops. Being in State when the college kids are there reminded me why I didn't go to school there... We got back from State College and went to check out Grinder at Mary's, but nobody we knew was there, J was in a bad mood, and we just went home, end of story. Sunday we went to a picnic in Clearfield, after that we drove to Altoona for the Curve game. The Curve lost their game, but the fireworks after the game were pretty cool. We stopped by Electric Ave. on the way home to catch some Stept On and got to talk to JoMo there. We didn't stay too long though, and then we went home again. Monday was a waste of a day, all rainy and cold. I cleaned my room, and oh yeah, assembled my new Sony Vaio computer which I'm using right now! : )
